Hence, cycling outside offers more exciting challenges and benefits than you can’t have with a gym bike or elliptical. This will also burn more calories in minimal time that will lead you to enjoy a lean body with no unnecessary fat. Climbing Stadium Stairs

Are you sceptical about the benefits of walking up and downstairs? Well, think again, as there’s nothing easy about it. You have to carry your weight all the way to the top against gravity and then have to come down. Just do it one more time and see how the thigh and calf muscles will hurt. Running up and down stairs burns fat faster than many other cardio exercises. You can burn 1000 calories just in an hour while doing this outdoor exercise. The high-rise stairs in the stadium are ideal to perform this exercise but you can also perform in the traditional stairs of buildings and apartments. You start with warming up then sprint up your speed according to your stamina level. To go to the elite-level you can also use a resistance band to push yourself. You can easily get one such rubber band from your local outdoor gym equipments manufacturers. You can even practice two-legged hops on stairs.

Apart from these three basic exercises, there are a lot of high-intensity exercises out there to burn fat and boost performance. You can try workouts such as boot camp, body weight squat, alternating arm plank, speedskater, high skip to optimize your fitness. Whatever the exercises are, what important is to have a concrete plan and to stick with it.
